2. About MECAI

MECAI is a digital platform operated by PT MEC Akses Inovasi. The platform is designed to provide technology-enabled professional, educational, competency, English language, and certification-related services.

Certain MECAI features and services may be introduced gradually and may be identified as "In Progress", "Coming Soon", or otherwise indicated as not yet fully available.

3. Eligibility

You may use MECAI only if you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use MECAI on behalf of an organization, company, institution, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions.

AI-generated or automated outputs are provided as technology- assisted results and should not automatically be considered professional, legal, employment, academic, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing and appropriately evaluating any AI-generated information before relying upon it.

8. Simulated Interview Services

MECAI may provide simulated interview and professional communication experiences designed to help users practice and improve their interview or communication skills.

Such simulations are educational and practice-oriented services. They do not constitute an actual employment interview, an offer of employment, recruitment, or a guarantee of employment.

Where applicable, specific privacy and data handling practices for these services will be described in the MECAI Privacy Policy and any additional notices presented before the service is used.

9. Certification Services

MECAI may provide certification, competency, English language, professional, or other credential-related services.

Certification requirements, eligibility criteria, testing procedures, verification methods, fees, and issuance conditions may vary depending on the specific program.

Receiving a certificate or credential does not guarantee employment, admission, promotion, immigration approval, or any other specific professional or personal outcome.

Users must provide accurate information when information is required for registration, testing, certification, or verification.
